Wild Dog Estate’s original design was Gable roof – Marley tile.
Due to high construction costs and frequent damage to tiles we now are using Chromadek.
Further changes are – Aluminium sliding doors & windows and suspended slabs. (Refer to Gallery / Villa Designs)

Due to popular demand Wild Dog Estate is currently introducing a more modern Mono-Pitch design as a second option.

Sketch on left is our first small 2 bedroom unit. However there will be numerous options based on 1 – 2 – 3 -4 Bedrooms.
Many designs – be it Gable or Mono-Pitch will be split level to follow the natural slope of the topography – which makes for very exciting and interesting Architecture
